When Shorty brings a terrified maid to Blackie and Mary Wesley after she claims to have seen a ghost, the case leads to the home of celebrated concert pianist Margaret Worthington. A death, another unsettling apparition, and Inspector Farraday’s involvement turn the supposed haunting into a tense mystery with very real danger.
