Talks are in their final stretch to reach a new trade deal with the United States. The U.S. is set to slap a 50 per cent tariff on a wide-range of Canadian goods on Wednesday - everything from hockey sticks and ice skates, to plywood and tulip bulbs. And sources tell CBC News the prospects of a new trade deal aren't looking good.
