An expert on the royals says the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are returning to the UK with a surprising level of haste. 

The Daily Telegraph reports Harry and Meghan have enrolled their young children to start at a British school in September. 

The couple will live in a non-royal residence outside London - and will remain non-working royals. 

Royal Correspondent Juliet Rieden says she suspects they'd been thinking about it for a while, and cemented the move during their visit last month. 

"The fact that it's happening so quickly and that we didn't know about it and that the King was only informed on Sunday - all of that is deeply surprising."
