Journalist and TV presenter Piers Morgan is threatening legal action over Earl Spencer's new book about Princess Diana, and he's called for it to be pulled over a factual error.

Earl Spencer has apologised to Morgan for incorrectly describing him in the memoir as the editor of the Daily Mirror when the Mirror Group published 'intrusive' photos of Diana in 1993.

UK correspondent Gavin Grey says the publisher has claimed the book has been updated to reflect this change, but Morgan says it's not enough.
