We also go over the known health of the team as they prepare to play their 2026 preseason finale on Thursday night against the Buffalo Bills.
With there being a lot of rumblings concerning Steelers CB Joey Porter Jr. over the last few days, and especially with some of those coming from mainstream NFL insiders, Alex and I take a deeper dive into his situation. We discuss how this coming Sunday is a big day when it comes to Porter and mainly due to him still being listed on the Active/PUP list. We discuss how far away the Steelers might be from getting a contract extension done with Porter at this point and if there are any chances that team could ultimately trade him.
After thoroughly discussing the situation with Porter, Alex and I talk about a few players that seem to be on the proverbial roster bubble heading into the team's preseason finale.
With both of us having now completed our latest 53-man roster predictions as of Wednesday morning, we go over each of them. We discuss the few differences that we have with our roster predictions and why.
Alex and I start winding down this episode by going over several players and things we think deserve being watched closely Thursday night in the preseason finale against the Bills.
