From heart surgery in 2022 to a personal best in Kayak Cross at the 2026 World Championships, she opens up about the importance of screening and her work with the Dillon Quirke Foundation.
She also dives into the white water chaos of Kayak Cross - from five-metre ramp starts and time trials to full-contact four-boat battles - and the dream of LA 2028.
And if that wasn't enough, she is also passionate about women's sports and curbing the drop out rate! She is part of Women's Trust 'Unlocked' - a flagship leadership programme for elite female athletes - and is the founder of 'TeenConnect', getting teenage girls into paddle sports.
