Deep Water (Directed by Renny Harlin). Survival thriller in which an airliner en route from Los Angeles to Shanghai is forced to ditch in the Pacific Ocean where the survivors must contend with another danger - hungry sharks. Starring Aaron Eckhart and Ben Kingsley.

Meteor (directed by Ronald Neame, 1979). A star-studded affair about a joint USA and USSR effort to save Earth from an imminent extra-terrestrial threat.
