What if farmers could herd cattle with a swipe of their smartphone?

Craig Piggott, founder and CEO of tech company Halter, has done just that - developing cattle collars that let farmers manage their herds via virtual fences.    

Craig joins Alan to talk about growing up on a New Zealand farm, how the collars work, why company culture is so important to the startup, and after expansions to the US and Australia, which worldwide markets Halter has its sights set on next.

And Alan asks whether Halter's collars can help stem generational attrition in farming families.
