The Emperor-class battleship Carcass goes where it wants, crewed by cultists and commanded by a captain who fused with the navigator into a void of blinking eyes. Every eighth warp translation, something gets aboard — and the count just hit eight. Bethael sprouts a scorpion tail mid-blessing. The guardsman gets stuffed in a locker for his own safety. And four Chaos Marines begin the real war: converting one terrified mortal to their respective gods.
