Welcome to Padel Pulse Podcast Season 2 Episode 17, our full London P1 recap. Yousef, Ismaeel, and Haroon break down Coello and Tapia’s eighth title of the season, Chingalan’s fifth straight loss to them, the latest concerns around LeBurger, the Stupa and Yanguas breakup, and the historic rise of Calvo and Fernández.

👑 Coello and Tapia conquer London Arturo Coello and Agustín Tapia win their eighth title of the season and make it five straight wins over Chingalan. Another final, another trophy, and another statement before the summer break. WHO IS YOUR MVP?

😬 What are Chingalan thinking now Fede Chingotto and Ale Galán enter the break after a fifth straight loss to Coello and Tapia and now sit 1,300 points behind in the race. Is this still a rivalry, or have Coello and Tapia reopened the gap?

🚨 Is Augsburger ready for World No. 1 talk Leo Augsburger and Juan Lebrón lose again to Chingalan, and the way it happened raises questions. Up 3-0 with a double break in the second set, they still lost the set 6-3. Is Augsburger really ready to fight for World No. 1, or is the consistency still missing?

💔 Stupa and Yanguas finally break up Franco Stupaczuk and Mike Yanguas lose in the quarterfinals again, this time to Paquito Navarro and Martín Di Nenno in straights, and the partnership is officially done. Was this inevitable?

🔁 Thoughts on Stupa and Sanz Stupa and Jon Sanz are coming. What does this team look like, how dangerous can they be, and who should Yanguas call next? We might have one wild option.

🧨 Summer breakup watch With Stupa and Yanguas done, are more teams about to follow during the summer break? We look at the partnerships that could be under pressure.

👑 Calvo and Fernández destroy London Martina Calvo and Claudia Fernández are only in their second tournament together, and they already have two finals and one title. They become the youngest team in history to win a Premier Padel title, Calvo becomes the youngest player ever to win a title, and they beat Bea and Paula in both tournaments before taking down Gemma and Delfi in straights to win London. Is this the start of something massive?

🧨 Overreaction or Not LeBurger have solidified their spot as the number three team, not more and not less. If Chingalan keep getting dominated by Coello and Tapia, they will break up by the end of the season. The women’s tour is more competitive than the men’s tour. Coello and Tapia will make every final for the rest of the season. Calvo and Fernández will win more titles overall than Bea and Paula. Ari Sánchez and Andrea Ustero are a more volatile team than LeBurger.

✅ Where we were right and wrong Women’s side: Haroon had Bea and Paula, Ismaeel had Gemma and Delfi, but Yousef got Calvo and Fernández right. Men’s side: Ismaeel had LeBurger, Yousef had Chingalan, and Haroon got Coello and Tapia right.

🎙️ Should we do a mid season recap episode? The summer break is here, the title races are heating up, teams are breaking up, and the second half of 2026 could get wild. Should we drop a full mid season recap episode?

👇 Drop your takes in the comments Are Coello and Tapia clearly back on top, and are Calvo and Fernández the future of the women’s tour?
