This week on the Run Club we've got something slightly different for you as we speak to Inspector Liz Warner from West Mercia Police about their new initiative 'Operation Jog On'.

Running safety is something that matters to all of us in our community so we wanted to bring you an episode where we can find out what is being done to help people run with more confidence and security.

Jog On is a campaign focused on tackling perpetrator behaviour on our streets, which often creates barriers to women running and a survey carried out by the University of Worcester found that 68% of female runners said they had experienced some form of harassing behaviour.
