JUDGE TOSSES 9/11 CONFESSION AS CBC BANS TERRORIST LABEL | JUST THE NEWS - NO NOISE

A military judge ruled Friday that alleged 9/11 mastermind Khalid Shaikh Mohammed’s 2007 FBI confession is inadmissible, finding it was not voluntary after CIA coercion and that agents failed to give him key rights. Prosecutors called those statements critical evidence. The case is already set for a 2028 trial.
