In this episode of Hunting 4 Answers: In October 1994, 33-year-old former United States Marine Randi Stacey Boothe-Wilson disappeared after leaving a relative's home in Greenburgh, New York. More than a year later, skeletal remains were discovered in a wooded area in Jacksonville, North Carolina, but investigators could not identify the woman. For more than two decades, she remained a Jane Doe until a breakthrough finally gave her back her name. Even then, the biggest questions about what happened to Randi remained unanswered.
Anyone with information about this case is asked to contact the Jacksonville Police Department at 910-938-6520 or Detective Bob Garbett at rgarbett@jacksonvillenc.gov. Information can also be shared with North Carolina Crime Stoppers at 910-938-3273.
