What if the biggest source of future listings is already sitting inside our database?

Ryan Young leads a team on pace to sell more than 500 homes this year, with roughly 65% to 70% of that business coming from listings. His appointments are also up 40% year over year. He joins us to break down how his team built a database-driven business focused on homeowners, relevant value, and long-term relationships.

We also dig into how Ryan is using AI to track engagement, start conversations and hand motivated opportunities back to his team. Since February, the system has generated 726 handoffs and helped create 125 additional appointments. If we want more listings without constantly buying new leads, Ryan’s model gives us a clear place to start.
