Meet the guest: Dr. Jan Suchodolski is Professor, Purina PetCare Endowed Chair for Microbiome Research, Associate Director and Head of Microbiome Sciences at the Gastrointestinal Laboratory at Texas A&M University. His research focuses on gastrointestinal biomarkers, intestinal microbiota, and diagnostic development. He has published more than 400 scientific articles, received the 2024 AVMA Career Achievement in Canine Research Award. He also serves as co-host of The Pet Food Science Podcast Show.
