Tyler Yaremchuk and Liam Horrobin are both back in studio, with producer Bordzy joining them for another edition of Oilersnation Everyday as the countdown to the NHL season continues.
The boys will kick things off by catching up on some of the biggest stories from the weekend, including Connor McDavid making history as the first-ever NHL player to receive a 99 overall rating in NHL 27. They'll also look back at a big weekend for the Edmonton Elks, who picked up an important victory over the Toronto Argonauts on Saturday.
From there, the conversation shifts back to the Edmonton Oilers and the possibility of bringing in some additional depth before the season begins. Tyler and Liam will discuss potential professional tryout (PTO) candidates who could make sense for Edmonton, including some familiar NHL names who could compete for a spot during training camp.
