128 Judges Demand Disciplinary Proceedings for Trump Lawyer

Popok reports on 128 Former State and Federal Judges banding together again to call for bar disciplinary proceedings to commence against one of Trump’s Top Lawyers, the Homeland Security General Counsel James Percival, who in social media posts put a target on the back of Judges by calling for their “removal” and calling them the “worst of the worst”. In 2026 alone, more than 402 death threats against the Federal Judiciary have occurred, representing more than 10 percent of the total federal bench.
