Starting off the show, the lads discuss the 10 additions to the ABs squad heading to South Africa, as they point out some of the surprise inclusions and omissions.
From there, it is all about the NPC, which kicks off on Thursday, as the panel picks a team they will be following through what should be a scintillating NPC season.
To close things out in classic fashion, the team provide some of their picks for the upcoming weekend of footy.
