In the late 70’s, tonight’s guest, Virgil Berry, was living near the Columbia River, in Oregon, when he had an experience he’ll never forget. You see, Virgil was an avid fisherman, back then, and one day he had decided to go fishing at a nearby creek, with his friend, Johnny, at a runoff for the Columbia River, close to where he lived. After Virgil and Johnny arrived at the fishing spot they’d chosen, they fished for a while. All of a sudden, Virgil noticed that Johnny was staring, intently, off to his left. Curious to see what had captured Johnny’s attention, Virgil shifted his gaze in the direction Johnny was looking and couldn’t believe his eyes...
