During World War II, a special group of people worked hard to break secret codes. These codebreakers used their brains and special machines to figure out what enemy messages meant. By cracking these codes, they helped the soldiers know what the enemy was planning. One of the most famous places where this happened was Bletchley Park in England. Alan Turing, a brilliant mathematician, was one of the key people there. Thanks to the codebreakers, many lives were saved and important battles were won.
