I've known Jon Weece for a long time, and every time I get around him, I walk away with something I need to think about.

Jon and I sat down and talked about a little bit of everything, from what 26 years of ministry has taught him, to staying humble and kind, dealing with criticism without becoming bitter, and remembering that our identity is rooted in who we are, not what we do.

We also talked about something I think a lot of men struggle with: friendship. How do you make good friends as an adult? How do you find people who will encourage you, challenge you, and help you become more like Jesus?

Jon has a ton of wisdom, but what I loved most about this conversation is how honest and practical it was. This one is full of things I think all of us can take with us into whatever season of life we're in.
