Anonymous: Good day Dr.Cabral, your doing great work! Can't imagine how proud your family and team are to have you. My question is regarding elevated CRP (didn't do HS-CRP) just did bloodwork for CRP. Which was 13. Also Lip (a) is 180.. which is high due to genetics. In combination.. A1C is creeping up at 6.1.. I know your not giving health advice however, what foods, products help? Berberine? Omega 3s? Thanks!
Matthew: Hi Dr Cabral-thanks for everything you do. My question is on turmeric. I have seen posts that turmeric supplements, especially those that also contain black pepper, are harmful to the liver. Do you agree? If so, what about turmeric that do not include the black pepper? If turmeric supplement's harm to the liver is higher than the benefit, do you have suggestions on a replacement? Thank you
Jasmine: I think my daughter has Lipedema, I've watched a few of your videos and have researched this topic but have never had this topic addressed: she drinks about a liter and a half of water a day, but doesn't urinate that much, never gets up at night, can go the whole day without. Is this affecting her Lipedema and any info you can share, your ideas/opinions would be appreciated. We do things holistically, no drugs unless absolutely necessary (emergency situations), and I don't think diuretics are the way to go. Thanks for any info, Jasmine
Andrea: Hi Dr. Cabral, What is your opinion of the laser therapy for the brain for improved cognition, lymphatic flow? I was made aware of PBM would love to know your opinion. Thanks for everything, grateful for you!
Anonymous: Good morning Dr.Cabral, How would you go about supporting the body naturally dealing with Hepatitis B (chronic).. This has unfortunately been undetected for years due to being born in East Africa. In turn, this long-term Hep B has lead to Hepatocellular caricoma.. However, after a lot of research, the root cause was the Chronic Hep B.. want to deal with this then support the body to shrink the liver mass. Thoughts? Not asking for medical advice. did the HTMA (was unremarkable) but noticing a bit of itching and upper abdominal pain.
