The government wants another report before it makes decisions about a second harbour crossing for Auckland. It's been revealed that more than $106million dollars has been spent on consultants and contractors working on the crossing, but there's still no plan for what should be built, what it will cost, how it will be financed and who will build it. Transport Minister Chris Bishop spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
