Judge Tony Graf will decide whether the aggravated murder charge (death penalty on the table) moves to trial after five days of evidence in July: campus surveillance, rooftop forensics, DNA, and the roommate interview. Erika Kirk and Charlie’s parents are expected in court. A sealed session this morning addressed cameras.
The Massachusetts jury told the judge this morning it cannot reach a unanimous verdict after more than three days of deliberations. Judge William Sullivan sent them back to keep working. Clancy admitted killing her three children in 2023; the fight is criminal responsibility versus postpartum psychosis.
