ROBINSON PRELIM FACES RULING AS CLANCY JURY DEADLOCKS | HUMAN EVENTS DAILY

Closing arguments land today in Tyler Robinson’s preliminary hearing. Judge Tony Graf will decide whether the aggravated murder charge (death penalty on the table) moves to trial after five days of evidence in July: campus surveillance, rooftop forensics, DNA, and the roommate interview. Erika Kirk and Charlie’s parents are expected in court. A sealed session this morning addressed cameras.

The Massachusetts jury told the judge this morning it cannot reach a unanimous verdict after more than three days of deliberations. Judge William Sullivan sent them back to keep working. Clancy admitted killing her three children in 2023; the fight is criminal responsibility versus postpartum psychosis.
